My children are of reading and pre-reading ages. They picked up this book and were able to do Reflexology massage techniques immediately. It is very effective and the very best thing about it is the wonderful illustrations, not just fluff, and it has excellently written descriptions which are easy enough for even children to follow.

I've read and am using Kevin`s book on Reflexology as a reference manual to treat my patients. Very useful book indeed!
