Everyone Should Have a Reflexology Foot Chart

Note: Please scroll to the bottom of this article to receive your two free Reflexology Foot Charts.

Let's see, why would you need a Reflexology foot chart in color? Reflexology is regarded as a natural healing science and is totally based on a technique that applies pressure on minute areas of the feet. This pressure actually stimulates important points on the foot that transfers energy throughout the body. Reflexology is a very efficient healing modality for addressing a number of stress related ailments like:

Apart from these ailments, reflexology is also beneficial for treating bronchitis, pre-menstrual tension, asthma, and irritable bowel syndrome. Because the foot is the most essential area for working with pressure points this makes finding free download reflexology charts a must for reference when giving foot massages at home, or for the person interested in learning more about foot Reflexology. Color charts are especially nice for they are so easy to understand.

History shows that Reflexology dates back to around 2500 BC. It was widely used by the Egyptians, the Indians, and the Chinese. Even some of the African tribes people worked with the points on the foot. There is a definite relationship between reflexology and acupuncture or acupressure as their treatments are based on the principals of using stimulation on dynamic meridian lines. With each healing system, there is a theory that if one part is affected by an imbalance then the rest of the human body is also affected. A real nice point, (no pun intended) is that Reflexology never uses needles in its treatments. You can easily find a free printable reflexology chart like the one shown here, and try sharing foot massages while working with the various reflexology points to test the benefits for yourself.

History also shares that Reflexology was introduced to the Western world as 'zone therapy' by Dr William Fitzgerald in 1913. Later it was formulated and further developed by Eunice Ingham during 1930's. Reflexology is now accepted as a complementary alternative therapy having its prime target being the feet for healing an individual from ailments.

For all these reasons the reflexology foot chart in color will help to easily guide you as you experiment with this wonderful form of natural healing. In any case, this therapy can be applied to individuals of all ages. It offers so much potential to assist in easing a number of ailments no matter how long lasting, acute, or chronic they may be. As you work from a colorful chart you may just find another benefit of this fabulous healing technique is that it also offers relaxation that is devoid of any side effects.

It will stop me in my tracks. I have had a CAT scan years ago which showed nothing wrong. I have had trigger point injections to my back, neck, base of my skull, & even some in the back of my skull, but they only last for a short time. Do you have any suggestions?
