Affirmation Quote: Just Love
My daughter's response to this after she tried it was, "Now I know why you do this every day. It feels very special". Thoughts of love do make us feel special. Those thoughts help us to remember who we really are and what we're here on this earth to practice. Studies have been conducted of meditation practices using this specific mantra. The people involved were for the most part, healthier, less likely to be involved in accidents, and less subject to psychosomatic illness. Big surprise.
If you've never meditated before, you can easily do this one. You can focus on thoughts of love or you may just keep repeating the word to yourself. It's appropriate for advanced students on the spiritual path as well. We all need the reminder.
